FUGA x @la_lunchbox cooking class

An immersive culinary workshop on Monday 16 March, imagined and animated by Priscille Graff from Instagram @la_lunchbox, a passionate young chef who organizes meals where strangers meet around delicious recipes.

Usually, these dinners come to life in her home, this time she goes outside the walls and takes over the kitchens of the LAB' for a friendly experience! On the program:

Rosemary picking in the vegetable garden above the roofs of Paris, a suspended moment to contemplate the city illuminated at nightfall.

Head to Le LAB' to get started in the kitchen and prepare a Bourguignon with mushrooms and miso, a vegetable and comforting version of the great classic.

For dessert, prepare a Fontainebleau with seasonal fruits light and creamy.

A moment of cooking and sharing, where you learn by doing, where you exchange as much as you enjoy, true to the spirit of FUGA, in our new space dedicated to culinary creation and transmission.
