“Going out of Paris to Paris”, it was from these few words that became a slogan that the founders Pierre Doublet and Quentin Garreau de Labarre embarked on the Fuga adventure in 2020. Fuga, escape in Latin, is the key word of our brand in the world of hospitality.

Fuga starts in 2020 around a slogan: Get out of Paris in Paris. Each of our places has its own identity, its own DNA and offers its customers a memorable, timeless experience.

Paris 11

Laïa

Laïa is an hidden restaurant in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Located in a historic building of an old distillery, at the bottom of a garden, with a vegetable garden on its roof. Laïa offers a cosmopolitan cuisine influenced by the South of France, Spain and Italy, cooked on an open fire kitchen with charcoal. An address for disconnecting, think leaving Paris by staying in Paris.

Francette

Our barge at the dock is located in a unique spot at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. We have recreated a liner boat atmosphere through three levels: the outside terrace on the penthouse, a bistronomic restaurant and an underwater wine cellar.

Discover Riviera Fuga, a floating restaurant on the Seine with a unique view on the Pont Alexandre III located in front of the Grand Palais. Be soak up by the atmosphere of parisian delicacy.

Partners

Created in 2018 by two old friends, Quentin Garreau de Labarre, ex-Food & Beverage Director at the Four Seasons George V and Pierre Doublet, ex-web serial entrepreneur, Fuga was born from a common desire: escapism. Offering city dwellers the opportunity to feel in the city as one feels at the seaside, in the countryside or in the mountains... This is the challenge taken up by these two traveling souls, by creating places that look like vacations and a change of scenery. Stéphanie Moquet, ex-Ferrandi, and Claire Chicoine, ex-entrepreneur in the events sector, are joining the duo as Executive Chef and Director of Marketing and Director of Events.
