The French brasserie regains its spirit
At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Fany Herpin celebrates classic French dishes with generous and characterful cuisine. Homemade foie gras terrine, Apicius-style duck breast, traditional veal blanquette, braised beef cheek, and ham and Comté cheese pasta make up a comforting and delicious menu. For desserts, the floating island with hazelnut praline is already shaping up to be a signature dish.
From Monday to Friday lunchtime, a weekly menu also highlights iconic French heritage recipes, following the rhythm of the seasons and culinary desires. More than just a restaurant, FOUGUE aims to be a new go-to spot on the Left Bank, a place where people gather and love to return.
