Walk through the door of our floating restaurant and you're on your way to the French Riviera of the '70s, an escape to Venice, close to the water without having to leave Paris. The decor is a la dolce vita: blue, white and yellow stripes, rope columns, sea-blue lacquered tables, colorful ceramics, large picture windows that let in intense, warm light... Architecture by Jean-Philippe Demeyer that transports you elsewhere, because here, escape begins with the decor and continues with the food.

Originally from Italy, Francesco grew up in Naples, surrounded by the culinary traditions and sunny flavors of the Amalfi Coast. Enriched by his international experiences, he attaches particular importance to the aesthetics of his plates, where vibrant colors, generosity and emotions mingle. He is now the head of the Riviera Fuga restaurant, where he offers Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine.
