Our barge at the dock is located in a unique spot at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. We have recreated a liner boat atmosphere through three levels: the outside terrace on the penthouse, a bistronomic restaurant and an underwater wine cellar.

Fanny Herpin takes over the culinary director at FUGA to sign all the cards for our addresses. His cuisine is characterized by seasonality, precision cooking and constant attention to taste. Fanny trained in Michelin-starred houses with experiences in Paris, London and New York. She managed the kitchens of the Allard restaurant for more than three years, defending a bistro approach that was faithful to the fundamentals.
As Executive Sommelier, Alizée uses her knowledge to enhance our customers' wine and food experiences. Driven by hospitality and the art of entertaining, she will immerse you in the world of wine through her stories, while making this universe accessible to all!

We’re opening our very first FUGA R. rooftop venue in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. Discover a space inspired by the volcanic landscapes of Lanzarote, offering a 360° view of Paris. Tapas to share, cocktails and sunsets: no booking required, but please book in advance for groups of more than 8 people.
