Marie Pacotte invites herself into the kitchens of Villiers-le-Mahieu Castle
During this unique day at Les Country houses, Marie Pacotte Has once again proved that her cuisine brings a breath of fresh air to today's culinary scene. The program? Lunch in the heart of nature and a magnificent table decorated by Louise Misha & Vintage tableware, summer recipes served in a setting designed to escape.

Marie and chief executive Etienne Berg then went 4-handed. Together, they put a twist on the traditional buffet, concocting a menu in the image of Marie's cuisine: fresh, flowery and full of flavor. Guests enjoyed an early evening show cooking in the castle gardens. Following this culinary demonstration, recipes revisiting the classics of French gastronomy took center stage for dinner. Mimosa eggs made in Pacotte, white asparagus like a Grenobloise, or monkfish served with a melting aioli. Dishes prepared and served by the two chefs in the restaurant's main dining room, to conclude this bucolic day in style.
