Biography

Executive Head and Fuga partner, Stéphanie signs all the group's catering offers and supports our Chefs on a daily basis. A graduate of the Ferrandi school, she worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants before joining the Fuga Adventure.

Executive Head of Fuga Addresses

Stéphanie Moquet, a graduate of the Ferrandi school, began her career at the Cobea restaurant before joining La Table du 11 in Versailles as a sous-chef, where she contributed to obtaining a Michelin star in 2016. She met Quentin Garreau and Pierre Doublet, partners and co-founders of Fuga in 2021. Driven by their creative energy, she joined Fuga in July 2021 and at the opening took control of Francette, a barge at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and an emblematic place of the group. The following year, she passed the baton to Marie Pacotte, a finalist in Top Chef season 15, and became Executive Chef of Fuga, in charge of the gastronomy division.
