Candidate for the fifteenth anniversary season, Marie offers an innovative vision of cuisine with an emphasis on plant and seafood. Unfurling a unique €60 high-flying menu in 4 to 6 courses with colorful plates that taste of iodine, Marie Pacotte invites you to a veritable symphony in the mouth thanks to her remarkable work with seasonal produce. Each dish is meticulously crafted to offer an exceptional taste experience, while the 35€ food and beverage pairing harmoniously completes each tasting experience. For wine lovers, Marius Andrieu, the in-house sommelier, will be delighted to show you around the underwater cellar, with over 200 references of French wines.
