The Sebago Grand Dinner
On Monday, July 6, embark aboard the Yacht Club Sebago for a unique evening with a touch of Dolce Vita.
Set on our terrace with a prime view of Pont Alexandre III, a grand table awaits you for a dinner crafted by Fanny Herpin, blending Italian elegance with breathtaking views of Paris.
The evening will begin with a Limoncello Spritz Mamma Mia, before giving way to an exclusive 5-course menu:
Amuse-bouche
Crispy polenta, lemon ricotta, Sicilian anchovies
Starter
Sea bream carpaccio with citrus, crispy fennel, young shoots
Fish
Mediterranean-style roasted sea bass fillet, artichokes, Taggiasche olives, cherry tomatoes, basil
Meat
Marinated and grilled beef, seasonal vegetable tatin
Desserts
Lemon & Limoncello
Italian meringue, almond-hazelnut crumble
To extend the experience, each guest will leave with a gift bag Sebago, including an exclusive scarf designed for the occasion.
€75 per person, a food and drink pairing will be offered on site. Very limited spots available.
For this evening, the dress code will be Dolce Vita themed.
