Our restaurant Francette, a staple of French cuisine in Paris, is unveiling its new seasonal menu. Our chefs offer generous, simple, and deliciously well-crafted dishes that highlight the best of French regional produce. Among the menu highlights: the famous duck breast, cooked to perfection and served with a vanilla béarnaise sauce—the house signature—and the Parisian chicken supreme, a signature dish that delights the palates of our regulars. Francette also offers a selection of starters to share, perfect for enjoying the view of the Eiffel Tower from our sunny terrace.

Together, we have created the Francette cocktail, highlighting the delicate aromas of Lillet Rosé.
