FUGA Grand Dinners are immersive experiences where gastronomy, scenography, and social connection come together around a long table. Each edition explores a new way to escape: through a story, a conversation, a celebration, or a new encounter.
The concept is simple: for one dinner, our chefs create a menu specifically for the occasion, and our venues are transformed around a theme, a destination, or a partner brand.
It is also a way to bring our collaborations to life in a new light, by working with our partners to imagine an evening that tells their story through food and atmosphere. Over five Grand Dinners have already taken place at FUGA. Here is a look back at three editions that left their mark on our venues.
The Volcanic Grand Dinner
We headed to Lanzarote for this edition held at FUGA R. With a 360° view of Paris, Fanny Herpin and Pierre Jacquemet crafted a four-hands dinner directly inspired by the landscapes and produce of the Canary Islands.
From aperitif to dessert, an exclusive menu was created for the occasion, with a setting designed to reflect the volcanic world of the rooftop. A getaway to the Canaries, for the duration of a dinner above Paris.
The Sebago Grand Dinner
At Riviera Fuga, our summer collaboration with Sebago and its Yacht Club also made its way onto the plate.
For this Grand Dinner, the barge, its decor, and the menu were all designed around the Riviera spirit. Exceptional cuisine, cocktails, and a sunset over Paris: an evening on the Seine where the dolce vita was served right to the table.
The Bollinger Grand Dinner
For this edition, we put champagne center stage with the House of Bollinger.
Our chefs designed a menu specifically built around the House's different vintages, paired with each course of the dinner. An evening to discover champagne in a new way, at the table and through every dish.
