Biography

Passionate about the world of wine and gastronomy, our Executive Sommelier embodies expertise and elegance in the art of French sommellerie.

Alizée uses her knowledge to enhance our customers' oenological and gastronomic experience at FUGA addresses. Thanks to her eight years' experience in prestigious establishments, she has honed her skills working with renowned houses such as Bristol Paris, Four Seasons Hotel George V and Les Flaconneurs. Her varied career, from vineyards to Michelin-starred restaurants, bears witness to her love of wine and her in-depth knowledge of estates around the world.

Always inquisitive, always on a quest for discovery, Alizée embarked on a five-month wine tour of France in April 2024, a rich, human experience that today enables her to fine-tune the beverages on offer at our addresses. Driven by hospitality and the art of entertaining, she will be able to advise you and suggest references that will go well with our chefs' recipes. Alizée's stories will immerse you in the world of wine, making it accessible to all!

Our barge at the dock is located in a unique spot at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. We have recreated a liner boat atmosphere through three levels: the outside terrace on the penthouse, a bistronomic restaurant and an underwater wine cellar.

Laïa Voltaire

Laïa is an hidden restaurant in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Located in a historic building of an old distillery, at the bottom of a garden, with a vegetable garden on its roof. Laïa offers a cosmopolitan cuisine influenced by the South of France, Spain and Italy, cooked on an open fire kitchen with charcoal. An address for disconnecting, think leaving Paris by staying in Paris.

Opening in spring 2025. On the 11th floor, perched above the roofs with a breathtaking view of the monuments of Paris. This rooftop was designed as a haven of relaxation on the roof terrace: outdoor kitchen, culinary entertainment, live music. The perfect playground for afterwork. This space is open all year round on request.
