Thanks to her eight years' experience in prestigious establishments, she has honed her skills working with renowned houses such as Bristol Paris, Four Seasons Hotel George V and Les Flaconneurs. Her varied career, from vineyards to Michelin-starred restaurants, bears witness to her love of wine and her in-depth knowledge of estates around the world.
Always inquisitive, always on a quest for discovery, Alizée embarked on a five-month wine tour of France in April 2024, a rich, human experience that today enables her to fine-tune the beverages on offer at our addresses. Driven by hospitality and the art of entertaining, she will be able to advise you and suggest references that will go well with our chefs' recipes.
