Thanks to her eight years' experience in prestigious establishments, she has honed her skills working with renowned houses such as Bristol Paris, Four Seasons Hotel George V and Les Flaconneurs. Her varied career, from vineyards to Michelin-starred restaurants, bears witness to her love of wine and her in-depth knowledge of estates around the world.
Always inquisitive, always on a quest for discovery, Alizée embarked on a five-month wine tour of France in April 2024, a rich, human experience that today enables her to fine-tune the beverages on offer at our addresses.
